Built from plant-floor reality

Documentation, change control, and idea programs designed for industrial sites.

Ind-Docs is a small dedicated team focused on the unglamorous but critical workflows inside plants: on-site file and forms management, Requests for Modification forms needing approvals, structured employee suggestion/recognition programs that actually increase engagement through ease of use, and custom solutions tailored to your particular plants day to day needs. Drawing on 30+ years of industrial R&D, programming, automation/controls, and engineering experience, we build tools that make plant life smoother: Libraforge for controlled files and forms, ChangeFlow for structured change approvals, Crisp-Flow for ideas and recognition. We confidently adapt to site specific challenges to create custom soutions for the specific pain points at your site. The problems we focus on are rarely dramatic on any single day—but the wasted time and confusion add up. Our job is to turn that chaos into clear, efficient, easy-to-use workflows tailored to how your plant actually runs.

On-site or cloud-backed, depending on your comfort level and IT department preferences. Libraforge lives on your network; ChangeFlow and Crisp-Flow can run as browser-based apps with Firebase backends, integrated as deeply as you’re ready for.

Product lineup

Three tools, one continuous story

You don’t have to adopt everything at once. Many sites start with the on-site file hub, then formalize change approvals, then layer on structured idea programs. Ind-Docs is built to support that path.

Libraforge

Libraforge – On-site file server & compliance hub

Keep controlled, hashed, and versioned documents, forms, and media on your own network, with structure and access control that makes sense to operators.

Libraforge is an on-site file and forms platform designed for plants that don’t want sensitive content leaving their network. Organize by department, line, or area; control who can see and change what; and generate signed PDF records when forms are completed.

  • Runs on your own hardware or in a controlled IT environment.
  • Structured folders by area, department, and document type.
  • Forms with signatures and PDF record generation.
  • Built with industrial security concerns in mind.
ChangeFlow

ChangeFlow – RFM & change approvals

Take Requests for Modification out of back and forth email chains and into a structured flow that mirrors how your plant already works.

Operators submit RFMs with process area, safety notes, and duration. The system knows which manager roles are required, routes approvals in order, and gives system engineers a clear place to record what was implemented and which drawings changed.

  • Multi-level manager approvals with comments and timestamps.
  • Engineer-only implementation and drawing change section.
  • Email notifications as RFMs move through the chain.
  • Audit-ready history for each change.
Crisp-Flow

Crisp-Flow – Employee ideas, voting & rewards

Turn suggestion box programs into a transparent pipeline where ideas are scored, visible, and recognized. Formalize a company policy of rewarding good engagement and good ideas via a simple and straight forward system.

Employees submit suggestions tied to an area and category. Committees, peers, and managers score ideas on impact and feasibility; high-scoring ideas move up a reward ladder and, when appropriate, into formal change or project work.

  • Simple scoring frameworks and clear statuses.
  • Set your committee and voting to control the process with ease and structure.
  • Customizable tiered reward structures that fit your culture.
  • History of who contributed, who signed on, and who was recognized.
Architecture & approach

Pick your starting point, grow at your pace

Some sites want everything on their own network. Others are ready for browser-based apps with cloud backends. Ind-Docs is built to respect both mindsets and let you grow without throwing work away.

  • Start on-site with Libraforge: get your documents, forms, and records under control while staying inside your firewall.
  • Add formal change control when you’re ready: bring in ChangeFlow so RFMs move cleanly from operators through management to engineering.
  • Layer on ideas and culture: use Crisp-Flow to capture small improvements, score them fairly, and reward the people behind them.
  • Integrate over time: the tools don’t have to be perfect on day one. We’d rather mirror how your plant actually works and improve from there.
About Ind-Docs

Small team, focused scope, industrial mindset

Ind-Docs has one focus. It is on crafting solutions to the set of headaches we’ve seen over and over in industrial environments: scattered files, procedures, and documentation, fuzzy change control, and suggestion programs that never quite stick because they lack structure and ease of use.

  • Built for plant managers, operators, engineers, and supervisors: the screens and flows are based on real plant roles and approval chains, not generic IT diagrams.
  • Respect for security and comfort level: some tools are designed to live on-site, others use secure, well established, browser-based backends like Firebase—always with an eye on what your site is comfortable with.
  • Incremental adoption: you can run a pilot in one department, one line, or one plant before rolling out wider. We don’t assume a global rollout on day one.
  • Direct access to the builder: no giant support queue. When you’re talking through how your process actually works, you’re talking to a real member of a dedicated team who can shape the tools.

Walk through your current process with us

The easiest way to see if any of these tools fit is a short conversation: how you handle documentation today, how change approvals move, what’s working (and what isn’t) in your suggestion program. What other problems or limiting factors might you need solutions for at your plant that we could craft a specific solution to. From there we can suggest a small, low-risk pilot.

Start with a low-pressure discussion

Send a quick note with your plant name, industry, and which of the four areas you’d like to talk about first — files/forms, change control, ideas & recognition, or a problem specific to your own plant. We’ll follow up with a few time options and, if it makes sense, outline a pilot.
